Legal Notice: The data handling, encryption, and zero-trust policies described below reflect the active technical implementation of the NSGO platform. Formal operational publication requires review by qualified legal counsel.
1. Central Identity Authority & Zero-Trust
NSGO acts as the centralized identity provider for all NS tools and services. Your authentication credentials—including your passwords, cryptographic hashes, and primary authorization tokens—remain strictly within NSGO.
Downstream tools (such as IP Logger or future developer utilities) never receive, process, or store your passwords. Instead, they authenticate through cryptographic verification tokens utilizing your universal ns_user_id.
2. Information We Collect
Account Details: When you register, we store your username, email address, optional display name, bio, and optional contact details such as phone number.
Telemetry & Device Security: We record active browser sessions, IP addresses, and user-agent fingerprints for account audit trails, preventing unauthorized logins and allowing device revocation.
Usage Time Tracking: Aggregated active platform duration is monitored solely to display your personal service analytics.
3. Granular Privacy Controls
You maintain full sovereignty over your public identity. Through your Account Privacy Settings, you can configure:
Whether your profile is discoverable in the Ecosystem Directory search.
Visibility of your location, contact methods, and online activity status.
Participation in public developer leaderboards and achievement badges.
4. Ecosystem Data Isolation
Each satellite service within the NS ecosystem maintains its own independent database. Your personal account data is not shared with third-party advertisers or external data brokers. Communication between services utilizes secure, authenticated API calls.
5. Data Retention & User Rights
Retention Policy: Security audit logs and session telemetry are maintained for a 90-day rolling window for intrusion detection. Identity profiles, achievement records, and OAuth consent mappings are retained for the lifetime of your active account.
Data Portability & Export: Under GDPR Article 20, you may request a complete JSON archive of all records associated with your account in Account Settings > Data Portability.
Right to Erasure: You may permanently decommission your account and erase all associated personal profile records at any time via Account Settings > Delete Account.
Created and maintained as part of the NS software ecosystem.
